Logitech completes $1.6 billion buyback, launches new $1.4 billion program
Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI) completed its 2023 share buyback program and launched a new three-year $1.4 billion share buyback program, according to a company statement.
Under the completed $1.6 billion program, which began on July 28, 2023, Logitech repurchased 17,305,662 shares, representing 10% of the initial share capital.
The new $1.4 billion authorization, combined with $600 million previously approved in March 2025, aligns with the company's capital allocation strategy to target $2 billion in share buybacks over three years. The new program commenced on May 8 following approval from the Swiss Takeover Board.
The Swiss technology company designs hardware solutions for business, work and gaming applications. Logitech is listed on both the SIX Swiss Exchange and Nasdaq Global Select Market.
