Lifeist's Mikra partners with ASICS Runkeeper and Race Roster
Lifeist Wellness Inc. (TSX.V: LFST; OTCQB: LFSWF; FRANKFURT: M5B0) announced that its subsidiary Mikra Cellular Sciences signed a partnership agreement on May 26 with ASICS Runkeeper app and Race Roster platform to target athletes with performance supplements.
The collaboration launched fitness challenges within the Runkeeper app in June, reaching the platform's community of runners and fitness enthusiasts in the United States. The partnership integrates Mikra product education with goal-driven activities and performance insights through the established user bases of both platforms.
"ASICS' position as among the most trusted and product-driven global running brands makes it an ideal partner for Mikra," said Andrea Judge, CEO of Lifeist. "We are engaging with motivated athletes with our evidence-based products focused on preparedness, peak performance and full recovery at the precise time they are looking for tools to perform at their best."
Through Race Roster, Mikra connects with runners during event registration, integrating brand messaging and product promotions into selected event registrations. Judge reported that the first event generated 39,000 new users and more than 7,500 entries.
The ASICS Runkeeper app is a GPS-based fitness application that tracks runs, walks, and workouts while providing personalized goals and training plans for millions of users worldwide. Race Roster operates as an event management and registration platform for race organizers and participants.
Mikra develops performance-focused supplements targeting cognitive and emotional resilience. Lifeist operates as a wellness company that acquires and builds wellness brands, with Mikra serving as its primary U.S. biosciences subsidiary.
The press release noted that Mikra's promotional content within these platforms does not constitute an endorsement by ASICS, Runkeeper, or Race Roster of Mikra's products or services.
