Life360 and Uber expand partnership with account linking integration

February 17, 2026 1:03 PM EST

Life360 (NASDAQ: LIF) and Uber Technologies Inc. (NYSE: UBER) announced an expanded partnership that will allow users to link their accounts across both platforms, including Uber teen accounts.

The integration will enable real-time trip tracking, ride booking, and membership benefits for families using both services. The companies plan to roll out the new features later this year.

"By linking Uber accounts with Life360, we're creating a one-stop experience where families can stay informed when loved ones are on the move," said Margarita Peker, Global Head of Family Verticals at Uber.

The partnership builds on existing collaboration between the companies that currently provides Uber ride reminders when Life360 members arrive at airports. The expanded integration aims to help parents and teens coordinate transportation more effectively.

Since launching in 2023, Uber teen accounts have completed tens of millions of trips across more than 50 countries. The teen accounts allow parents to supervise rides for children ages 13-17, with trip tracking and real-time notifications built into the experience.

Life360 Chief Executive Officer Lauren Antonoff said the partnership helps families access trusted services in ways that are seamless and practical. Life360 reported approximately 95.8 million monthly active users as of December 31, 2025, across more than 180 countries.

The integration will be available on iOS and Android devices. Both companies stated the collaboration will evolve over time to meet changing family transportation needs.
