Leviathan Gold changes name to Leviathan Metals Corp
Leviathan Gold Ltd. (TSXV: LVX) announced it has changed its corporate name to Leviathan Metals Corp., effective November 14, 2025.
The Vancouver-based mineral exploration company said the name change reflects its strategic focus on copper, uranium, and polymetallic exploration across properties in Bosnia and Botswana. The company's board of directors approved the name change on August 11, 2025.
Shares will begin trading under the new name on the TSX Venture Exchange at market open on November 14, 2025, while maintaining the same trading symbol "LVX." The company also trades on the OTC markets under symbol LVXFF and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under symbol 0GP.
New CUSIP and ISIN numbers have been assigned to the common shares in connection with the name change. The company stated that no action is required by shareholders, and existing share and warrant certificates remain valid.
The announcement coincides with the company's pending acquisition of a Botswana property portfolio, which received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and is scheduled to close around November 18, 2025.
The information is based on a company press release statement.
