La Rosa Holdings names Nicholas Adler chairman of the board
La Rosa Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: LRHC) appointed Nicholas Adler as a member of its board of directors, effective December 29, 2025. Adler was simultaneously named chairman of the board, chairman of the compensation committee, and a member of both the audit committee and the nominating and corporate governance committee.
