Kidz AI Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZ)(NASDAQ: KIDZW) has secured $1.9 million in funding through a previously announced $500 million Senior Secured Convertible Note financing facility, before placement agent fees and other offering expenses, according to a company press release.

The company said proceeds are expected to support manufacturing expansion and commercial deployment of KIDZBot, its educational robotics platform, following the product's recognition as a finalist at the 2026 EdTechX Awards.

Alongside the financing, Kidz AI announced the formation of Classover Robix Inc., a new operating subsidiary focused on embodied AI hardware development, OEM partnerships, and institutional campus distribution.

The company has developed two applications, Kidzqbot and Kidzbricks, with Android versions currently operational and iOS versions under development. Both applications offer visual block coding, ROS interfaces, and AI-powered learning tools.

Through Classover Robix Inc., Kidz AI said it intends to explore OEM and ODM partnerships with robotics hardware manufacturers, with potential areas including humanoid robots, robotic arms, quadruped robots, and wheeled autonomous platforms.

The company also announced its presentation proposal has been accepted for a poster session at the 2026 AI in Education Conference, scheduled for December 2026.

"Securing this $1.9 million of additional financing and establishing Classover Robix Inc. represents an important step in the Company's continued development," said Stephanie Luo, CEO of Kidz AI.

Additional terms of the Senior Secured Convertible Note were disclosed in a Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on September 17, 2026.
