KIDZ AI partners with XuanYuan Technology for AI education robotics

KIDZ AI Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZ) announced a strategic collaboration with Shenzhen XuanYuan Technology Co., Ltd. to develop AI-powered educational tools for North American markets. The partnership aims to integrate companion robotics, smart camera technologies, and customizable AI agents into K-12 education settings.

The collaboration will focus on three areas: AI companion robotics for STEM learning, AI-powered smart cameras for visual recognition, and customizable AI agent systems for personalized instruction. These technologies are intended for use in classrooms, robotics labs, after-school programs, summer camps, and family learning environments.

KIDZ AI will contribute its experience in K-12 education, curriculum development, and North American market access. XuanYuan Technology will provide capabilities in AI companion robotics, multimodal interaction, smart camera systems, and AI agent platforms.

Initial efforts will focus on product localization, classroom demonstrations, pilot programs, and development of offline AI interactive spaces within North American education environments. The companies plan to evaluate user engagement and assess potential for future educational applications.

The collaboration supports KIDZ AI's strategy to build an AI-native education ecosystem combining live instruction, AI agents, robotics, and educational content. The company is also expanding into AI compute infrastructure and GPU cloud platforms.
