KIDZ AI partners with ICreate to develop robotics learning platform
KIDZ AI Inc. (NASDAQ: KIDZ) announced an exclusive co-development partnership with ICreate Education Technology Co. to create an AI-powered robotics learning platform for North America.
The agreement builds on a previously announced strategic collaboration between the companies and moves into formal product development and commercialization. Under the partnership, KIDZ AI and ICreate plan to develop educational solutions that integrate artificial intelligence, robotics, coding education, engineering design, and project-based learning into a unified platform.
The platform targets K-12 students and aims to provide hands-on learning experiences in artificial intelligence, computational thinking, engineering, and STEM disciplines. KIDZ AI will contribute expertise in AI-native education, curriculum innovation, and North American market development, while ICreate brings robotics engineering and intelligent hardware systems capabilities.
"We believe this agreement represents an important milestone in our relationship with ICreate and a meaningful step forward in our broader AI education strategy," said Stephanie Luo, Chief Executive Officer of KIDZ AI.
ICreate Education Technology serves over one million users globally and received recognition at the 2026 Bett Awards for innovation in educational robotics. The company provides AI-powered robotics education solutions that combine hardware, interaction technologies, and curriculum systems.
KIDZ AI, formerly Classover Holdings Inc., operates as an AI-driven education technology company that transforms teaching experiences into AI-powered learning systems. The company is expanding into AI compute infrastructure, GPU cloud platforms, and data center ecosystems.
The companies stated they may announce additional development milestones, product initiatives, and commercialization plans as they become available.
