A jury found that Arm breached its Architectural License Agreement (ALA) with Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM), failed to honor its commitments, and intentionally acted to disrupt Qualcomm's businesses, according to a statement from Qualcomm.
The verdict, dated Oct. 13, 2026, follows what Qualcomm described as a prior court victory against Arm. The company said the outcome adds to an existing legal dispute between the two semiconductor firms.
Qualcomm did not disclose the specific damages, if any, awarded by the jury in connection with the verdict.
