Jianpu Technology names Xun Zhang as chief financial officer
Jianpu Technology Inc. (OTCQB: AIJTY) appointed Xun (Amy) Zhang as chief financial officer, effective August 1, 2025, the Beijing-based financial technology platform announced.
Zhang brings over 15 years of financial management experience from senior positions at multinational corporations including ByteDance, Alibaba, Guazi, and LightInTheBox (NYSE: LITB). She holds U.S. Certified Public Accountant credentials with inactive status and is a Certified Management Accountant.
"Ms. Zhang will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Company's governance practices, fostering organizational alignment, driving the integration of business, finance and strategy, and strengthening the Company's positioning in the capital markets," said David Ye, co-founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Jianpu Technology.
The company operates a financial technology platform under the Rong360 brand that connects users with financial products and services. Jianpu also provides digital intelligence services to financial and non-financial partners, including data-based risk management and intelligent marketing solutions.
