Jeffs' Brands names Eliyahu Zamir as new CEO

Jeffs' Brands Ltd (NASDAQ: JFBR, JFBRW) appointed Eliyahu Zamir as chief executive officer, effective August 1, 2025, according to a company statement. Zamir will replace Viki Hakmon, who steps down July 31, 2025.



Hakmon also resigned from the board of directors effective immediately on July 21, 2025. The company stated his resignation did not result from disagreements with the company or board. Hakmon will continue as a consultant for the company's subsidiary, Fort Products Limited.



Zamir brings over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, public markets, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic growth. He has held executive and board positions across multiple sectors in both public and private companies. His background includes leading equity financing offerings totaling over $150 million from institutional investors and advising companies through initial public offerings and pre-IPO strategies.



Currently, Zamir serves as an independent director of NewMed Energy – L.P. (TASE: NWMD) since 2024. He also serves as external director and audit committee member at Formula Systems Ltd (NASDAQ: FORTY, TASE: FORTY). He has led financial and strategic initiatives in the renewable energy sector in Europe.



Zamir holds an MBA in Finance from Ben-Gurion University in Israel and a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in accounting and finance from the College of Management in Israel.



Tel Aviv-based Jeffs' Brands operates as a data-driven e-commerce company on the Amazon Marketplace. The company focuses on creating and acquiring products to develop them into market leaders.
