JD.com completes CNY10 billion senior notes offering

JD.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: JD) announced the completion of its CNY10 billion senior unsecured notes offering in offshore transactions outside the United States, according to a company statement.
The offering consists of CNY7.5 billion in 2.05% notes due 2031 and CNY2.5 billion in 2.75% notes due 2036. The notes were offered to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.
JD.com stated it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of existing debt and interest payments. The company trades on NASDAQ under ticker JD and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under tickers 9618 and 89618.
The notes are expected to be listed and available for trading on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited beginning April 13, 2026. The securities have not been registered under the Securities Act and cannot be offered or sold in the United States except under specific exemptions.
JD.com describes itself as a supply chain-based technology and service provider operating retail infrastructure and offering technology services to partners and other sectors.
