JAGGAER names Brandon Nussey as chief financial officer

JAGGAER, a procurement software company, appointed Brandon Nussey as chief financial officer, according to a company statement. Nussey will oversee the Finance, Accounting, M&A, and Corporate Development teams.
Nussey brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations roles, having served as CFO, COO and board member at various companies. Most recently, he was CFO at Coveo Solutions (TSX: CVO), where he managed general and administrative functions and led investor relations.
His previous positions included roles at Lightspeed, D2L Inc. and Descartes Systems Group (TSX: DSG and NASDAQ: DSXG). His experience spans strategic acquisitions, business partnerships, corporate operations, financing events including initial public offerings, and financial services strategy.
"Mounting and increasingly complex supply chain pressures have elevated procurement to a truly strategic function across every industry," said JAGGAER CEO Andrew Roszko. "Brandon's experience will be instrumental as we continue to leverage expertise and innovation to deliver the strong returns our customers expect."
JAGGAER provides source-to-pay and supplier collaboration software solutions. The company employs approximately 1,200 people globally and serves enterprise customers with procurement and supply chain management software.
The appointment comes as the company focuses on artificial intelligence solutions for procurement functions. Nussey stated he looks forward to helping deliver solutions that combine performance, security and transparency for customers managing global supply chains.
