Inturai Ventures Corp. (CSE: URAI, OTC: URAIF, FSE: 3QG0) has signed a binding Master Services Agreement with Talius Group Limited (ASX: TAL), converting a January 2026 Letter of Intent into a definitive commercial agreement, according to a company statement.
The three-year agreement establishes a framework under which Inturai's spatial intelligence platform will be integrated into the Talius Smart Care ecosystem. The platform converts radio and Wi-Fi signals into real-time operational intelligence, detecting movement and activity without cameras or specialized hardware.
The agreement covers healthcare facilities and aging-at-home services across Talius's existing footprint in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the United Kingdom, as well as Inturai's broader global markets. Individual projects will be contracted through separate Statements of Work that define scope, deliverables and revenue share.
A Joint Steering Committee comprising senior representatives from both companies will govern the roadmap and approve new Statements of Work.
Patrick Howard, CEO of Talius Group, said the formalized agreement gives both teams "the runway to explore richer, more proactive care insights for the people we serve."
Ed Clarke, CEO of Inturai Ventures, said the deal represents "a multi-year framework with a clear path to revenue," adding that the company moves from proving the technology to deploying it at scale across the Talius network.
Inturai is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Talius Group is a provider of aged and disability care technology with deployments across four countries.
