Innovative Eyewear, Inc. (NASDAQ: LUCY, LUCYW) reported preliminary unaudited net sales of approximately $1.04 million for the third quarter ended September 30, 2026, a 55% increase over the same period in 2025, according to a company statement.

The result marks the company's thirteenth consecutive quarter of year-over-year revenue growth. Q3 2025 had itself seen a 163% year-over-year increase. Net sales for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, totaled approximately $2.8 million, up roughly 66% from the same period in 2025, and already exceeding the company's full-year 2025 net sales of $2.66 million.

Third quarter growth included an approximately 25% rise in direct-to-consumer and online marketplace sales, as well as initial shipments under new wholesale programs. The company noted it ran promotional pricing on older models while reducing advertising and marketing spend during the quarter.

On the wholesale and international front, the company shipped an initial purchase order to a large U.S. big-box retailer for its Lucyd Armor line, with in-store sales at more than 150 locations expected to begin in October 2026. In Canada, product placement is underway across approximately 345 locations through FYihealth Group, operator of the FYidoctors, Visique, and Solis optical clinic networks. In Australia and New Zealand, distributor Directed Electronics placed initial orders for more than 3,000 units, with shipment expected in October 2026.

The company plans to launch the Lucyd Aero collection for the 2026 holiday season and expects to report full Q3 2026 results in mid-November 2026. The preliminary figures are unaudited and subject to completion of quarter-end financial close procedures.
