Innovative Aerosystems to switch Nasdaq ticker from ISSC to IA

Innovative Aerosystems (NASDAQ: ISSC), an avionics manufacturer headquartered in Exton, Pa., announced it will begin trading under the ticker symbol "IA" on the Nasdaq Stock Market effective at the market open on August 18.

The ticker change follows a rebranding initiative the company launched in late 2025. The company said the new symbol more closely aligns its public-market identity with its corporate name.

To mark the occasion, members of the company's leadership team, board of directors, employees, and invited guests are scheduled to ring the Nasdaq Closing Bell on August 18 at approximately 3:45 p.m. Eastern Time.

"Changing our ticker symbol to 'IA' completes the alignment of our corporate identity in the public markets," said Shahram Askarpour, chief executive officer of Innovative Aerosystems.

The company stated that the ticker change will not affect its legal name, capital structure, shareholder rights, or business operations. Existing shareholders are not required to take any action. The company's CUSIP number will remain unchanged.
