Infinity Natural Resources adds energy veteran Timothy Dugan to board

Infinity Natural Resources, Inc. (NYSE: INR) announced the appointment of Timothy Dugan to its Board of Directors, effective July 13, 2026.
Dugan brings more than 40 years of experience in the Appalachian energy industry, with a background spanning upstream operations, midstream infrastructure, capital allocation and strategic transactions.
He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Olympus Energy, where he led the company through its sale to EQT Corporation (NYSE: EQT). Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of CNX Resources Corporation (NYSE: CNX), where he also held the roles of Chief Operating Officer and director of CNX Midstream Partners LP.
Earlier in his career, Dugan held senior operational and engineering positions at Chesapeake Energy, Equitable Production Company and Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
