HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (CSE: HG) (OTCQB: HGRAF) announced the promotion of Dr. Suhao Li to Chief Technology Officer. Li will oversee the company's global technology strategy, research and development, product commercialization, intellectual property, and process scale-up initiatives.

Li joined HydroGraph in 2024 as Laboratory Director at the company's Manchester, U.K. facility within the Graphene Engineering and Innovation Centre. He previously served as a senior scientist in advanced materials at Versarien, plc, contributing to graphene technology development across applications including plastics, composites, elastomers, coatings, and lubricants. He holds a PhD in Materials Science from the National Graphene Institute at the University of Manchester.

"Dr. Li has transitioned HydroGraph's innovation programs from pure science to commercial application driven by customer development engagements across diverse global end markets," said Kjirstin Breure, President and Chief Executive Officer.

Under Li's direction, the company has developed applications spanning mechanical reinforcement of plastics, conductive plastics, and Fractal Graphene Paste. The company reported that studies showed improvements of up to 100% in mechanical properties of thermoplastics with low graphene loadings. In conductive applications, formulations containing 15% conductive carbon black and 0.2% Fractal Graphene demonstrated approximately 100 times higher electrical conductivity than benchmark formulations with 30% carbon black alone.

HydroGraph also reported maintaining cash and cash equivalents exceeding $41 million. The company stated its outstanding warrant balance has declined to approximately 8.3 million shares following warrant exercises for cash. The company indicated it is hiring across commercial sales, research, manufacturing, and finance positions as part of growth plans.

The information is based on a company press release statement.
