HydroGraph appoints nuclear expert Kerry Landis to board

HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (CSE: HG) (OTCQB: HGRAF) announced the appointment of nuclear industry expert Kerry D. Landis to its board of directors. The Vancouver-based graphene producer said Landis brings more than 40 years of nuclear industry experience to the company.

Landis has served as Chairman of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Safety Review Committee and as a member of nuclear oversight boards at San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station and Fort Calhoun Station Safety and Review Committee. He previously worked as a senior manager and inspection team leader at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

The new board member holds approximately 9.3 million HydroGraph shares and 1.0 million warrants across direct and family accounts, acquired through purchases made since fall 2022. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Illinois University and served as a Naval Nuclear Engineer Officer, retiring at the rank of Commander.

"HydroGraph's graphene stands apart as a proven, consistent and effective additive, delivering measurable commercial benefits across a rapidly growing list of applications in large end markets," Landis stated in the company's announcement.

Chief Executive Officer Kjirstin Breure said Landis brings insight into operational excellence, regulatory requirements, risk assessment and safety protocol as the company scales operations. Breure was named board chair in June.

The company also announced that David Morris resigned as a director, effective September 5, 2025. HydroGraph produces graphene through what it describes as a patented explosion synthesis process and holds certification as a Verified Graphene Producer by The Graphene Council.
