HydroGraph appoints John Neale as CFO

HydroGraph Clean Power Inc. (CSE: HG) (OTCQB: HGRAF) announced the appointment of John Neale as Chief Financial Officer, effective February 20, 2026. Matt Anderson, who previously served as CFO, will continue with the company as Vice President of Finance.



As CFO, Neale will oversee the company's finance, legal, human resources and technology teams. He brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience across technology, business-to-business and manufacturing enterprises.



Neale most recently served as CFO of L7 Informatics Inc., a provider of scientific data and analytics solutions. During his three-year tenure there, he elevated accounting capabilities, raised growth capital and provided leadership over global operations.



Previously, Neale was CFO of Rollick Inc., a venture capital-backed B2B SaaS company focused on the recreational vehicle marketplace. He has also served as interim CFO of a retail-focused startup, CFO of a retail analytics company serving consumer packaged goods companies, and held multiple financial leadership roles at a Nasdaq-listed ERP software provider.



Based in Austin, Texas, Neale holds an MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California, a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology in Sydney, and a Bachelor's of Economics from the University of Sydney. He is a member of the Australian Society of CPAs.



In connection with Neale's appointment, HydroGraph granted him 938,538 stock options exercisable at $4.47 per share for five years. The options vest 25% annually starting February 20, 2027.



HydroGraph produces graphene using an "explosion synthesis" process and trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange and OTC Markets.
