Humanoid Global adds Olivier Vincent to investment advisory board

Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCQB: RBOHF) announced that Olivier Vincent has joined the company's Investment Advisory Board, according to a press release.



Vincent currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Autozen Technology Ltd., a marketplace startup in the automobile sector, a position he has held since March 2020. He previously served as CEO of Spliqs, an AI technology company, and as President of WeatherBug, a weather application.



Vincent also serves on the board of Wishpond Technologies Ltd. (OTCMKTS: WPNDF), a Canadian public company traded on the TSX, since December 2020. He holds a Masters of Engineering in Computer Science from Ecole Nationale Superieure de Techniques Avancées Paris and a Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship from Hautes Etudes Commerciales Paris.



The advisory agreement has a 12-month term beginning September 30, 2025, with either party able to terminate at any time. Vincent will advise on opportunity identification, deal origination, market intelligence, and opportunity screening and analysis.



The company also granted Vincent 25,000 restricted share units under its RSU Plan, subject to CSE approval. Each RSU entitles the recipient to receive one company share upon vesting. The RSUs will vest immediately and expire on October 1, 2030.
