Humanoid Global adds B. Spencer Martin to investment advisory board
Humanoid Global Holdings Corp. (CSE: ROBO, FWB: 0XM1, OTCPK: RBOHF) announced the appointment of B. Spencer Martin to its Investment Advisory Board, according to a company press release.
Martin previously served as a Partner at TELUS Global Ventures and has completed more than 50 transactions across the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with deal sizes ranging from $10 million to $350 million. He has served in 10 board roles and participated in exits with companies including VMware, Entrust, Planet Labs, IMS, Splunk, and Alcatel-Lucent.
The advisory agreement has a 12-month term beginning September 11, 2025, with either party able to terminate at any time. Martin will advise on deal origination, investment analysis, due diligence, and portfolio construction and monitoring.
"His extensive transaction experience and history of successful exits across global markets bring a unique perspective that will strengthen our investment capital markets strategy," said Shahab Samimi, CEO of Humanoid Global.
The company granted Martin 25,000 restricted share units that vest immediately and expire September 12, 2030, subject to CSE approval. Additional performance-based RSUs may be granted based on completion of certain milestones.
Martin holds a CFA designation, an MBA, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York. He has experience in artificial intelligence, quantum technologies, and advanced radar systems.
