Hapbee develops wellness signals, closes CAD$742,500 private placement

Hapbee Technologies Inc. announced it is developing three new frequency wellness signals for hunger management, allergy comfort, and sexual vitality. The Vancouver-based company stated these signals are designed to support balance and comfort in daily life but are not medical treatments.

The company's technology uses proprietary frequency-recording methods to capture energetic patterns of compounds or experiences that may influence mood and performance. These patterns are delivered through wearable devices without pills or stimulants, according to the press release.

"Our mission is to make people feel good, safely and naturally, on demand and at your control," said Riz Shah, Chairman of Hapbee. "We're not a pharmaceutical company, and we're not building medical devices."

The three signals under development include hunger management to help users align with natural hunger rhythms, allergy comfort for seasonal or environmental changes, and sexual vitality to support confidence and energy. All three signals are currently in research and development phase with pilot experiences expected later this year.

Hapbee also closed a non-brokered private placement raising CAD$742,500 through the issuance of 7,425,000 units at CAD$0.10 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant exercisable at CAD$0.15 for three years. The securities are subject to a four-month hold period expiring February 21, 2025.

The company will use proceeds for product and business development, working capital, and general corporate purposes. No finder's fees were paid and no related parties participated in the offering.

Hapbee appointed Krishna Subramanian to its board of directors. Subramanian was previously named Chief Financial Officer in September 2025.

The company's existing signal library includes sleep, focus, calm, energy, and strain relief options, which it states have powered millions of wellness sessions worldwide.
