Gray Media Inc. (NYSE: GTN) completed its acquisition of television stations from Block Communications Inc. for $80 million, according to a company statement.
The transaction adds television stations in Louisville, Kentucky; Springfield-Decatur, Illinois; and Lima, Ohio to Gray Media's portfolio.
Gray Media operates as a multimedia company based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company owns television stations and digital assets serving 120 full-power television markets, reaching approximately 37% of U.S. television households.
The company's portfolio includes 81 markets with top-rated television stations and 103 markets with first or second highest rated stations in average all-day ratings across 119 markets measured by Nielsen in 2025.
Gray Media also operates 47 Telemundo affiliate markets and owns Gray Digital Media, video production companies including Raycom Sports, Tupelo Media Group, and PowerNation Studios, plus studio facilities Assembly Atlanta and Third Rail Studios.
