Gores Holdings XI prices $312M IPO on Nasdaq
Gores Holdings XI, Inc., a blank check company sponsored by an affiliate of The Gores Group, has priced its initial public offering of 31,200,000 units at $10.00 per unit, raising $312 million.
The units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: GHXIU beginning June 23, 2026. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-fourth of one warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase one Class A ordinary share at $11.50 per share.
Once the securities begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and warrants are expected to trade on the Nasdaq Global Market under the symbols NASDAQ: GHXI and NASDAQ: GHXIW, respectively.
The company was formed for the purpose of entering into a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Santander is acting as sole underwriter for the offering. The company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,680,000 units at the IPO price to cover over-allotments.
The SEC declared the registration statement effective on June 22, 2026.
