GoGo AI Network names Brandon Kou as president

GoGo AI Network Inc. (CSE: GOGO) (OTC: GOGAF) (FSE: 4E9) appointed Brandon Kou as president, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Kou previously served as a director of the Vancouver-based artificial intelligence investment company and participated in strategic direction and capital markets initiatives. In his new role, he will oversee corporate strategy, portfolio development, and operational alignment across the company's AI investment platform.
Before joining GoGo AI Network, Kou worked as managing director at Wildcat Equity Partners, a family office investing in healthcare, media, technology, and infrastructure. He co-founded Block Partners, a merchant banking firm focused on blockchain technologies, and Mavan Capital Partners, which targets technology opportunities in Canadian capital markets.
Earlier in his career, Kou co-founded and served as general manager of Steve Nash Enterprises, managing businesses across media, entertainment, sports, and wellness. The portfolio included investments in Indochino, Sharecare, the Vancouver Whitecaps, and Steve Nash Sports Club & Fitness World.
Kou began his career in investment banking, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions. He holds a degree from the USC Marshall School of Business.
As president, Kou's responsibilities will include advancing the company's AI investment strategy, supporting portfolio companies in scaling operations, identifying strategic investments, and strengthening capital markets positioning.
GoGo AI Network focuses on investing in early-stage and growth-stage companies developing artificial intelligence, robotics, and software technologies.
