Fusemachines launches forum for talent acquisition AI adoption
Fusemachines Inc. (NASDAQ: FUSE) announced the launch of the Agentic AI Forum for Talent Acquisition and held its inaugural event on April 30. The invite-only community targets enterprise talent acquisition leaders seeking to understand and implement agentic AI within their organizations.
The inaugural session took place at the Harvard Club in New York, bringing together more than 25 senior talent acquisition leaders from enterprise organizations across the United States. Attendees included Chief Human Resources Officers, Heads of Recruiting, and VPs of Talent Acquisition who participated in discussions about AI applications in hiring processes.
The forum operates as a practitioner-led community where enterprise talent acquisition leaders can engage with peers and share experiences regarding AI implementation in hiring. Future programming will include dinners, webinars, and small-group discussions focused on emerging challenges and practical use cases.
"Talent acquisition leaders are being asked by their executive teams to have a clear point of view on agentic AI, and most of them do not yet have a trusted space to develop one," said Sameer Maskey, CEO of Fusemachines. "The Agentic AI Forum for Talent Acquisition exists to change that."
Giovanni Lemus, Head of Product at Fusemachines, noted demand for practical use cases beyond sourcing and constraints teams face around legal, compliance, and integration issues. The company stated that these discussions inform the development of products like its Interview Agent.
Fusemachines plans to expand the forum through future events, proprietary research, and continued collaboration with enterprise leaders. The company, founded in 2013, provides enterprise AI products and services with offices in North America, Asia, and Latin America.
