Fusemachines deploys Interview AI Agent across all technical screenings
Fusemachines Inc. (NASDAQ: FUSE) announced that its Interview AI Agent now assists 100% of the company's initial technical screening interviews. The artificial intelligence tool operates within the company's AI Studio platform and provides real-time guidance to non-technical recruiters during technical interviews.
The Interview AI Agent joins live video interviews and guides recruiters on which technical questions to ask candidates. The system evaluates and rates candidate responses in real time and generates follow-up questions based on the quality of answers provided.
"The Interview AI Agent shows how our AI Studio turns advanced AI into practical tools for business teams," said Sameer Maskey, founder and CEO of Fusemachines. "By assisting every technical interview at Fusemachines, it validates our platform while empowering recruiters with technical intelligence."
According to the company, the implementation has reduced dependency on technical interviewers, improved interview consistency, and accelerated hiring cycles. The system provides structured evaluation and decision support while maintaining human oversight in the hiring process.
Fusemachines released a demonstration video showing the Interview AI Agent's operation during live technical interviews. The video displays how the system listens to candidate responses and generates structured technical assessments for hiring teams.
The company plans to work with partners to bring the Interview AI Agent to retail customers facing high-volume hiring needs. Fusemachines expects to expand the tool to additional roles and industries beyond technical recruiting.
Founded in 2013, Fusemachines provides enterprise AI products and services with offices in North America, Asia, and Latin America. The company serves organizations in retail, manufacturing, and government sectors.
