Comment for Type of Reporting Person: Explanatory Note: This Amendment No. 4 to Schedule 13G (this "Amendment") is being filed by Jesse Strickler (the "Reporting Person") to amend and correct Amendment No. 3 to Schedule 13G, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 17, 2026. Due to a clerical error, Amendment No. 3 incorrectly reported that 500,000 subordinate voting shares of the Issuer were held indirectly by the Reporting Person's spouse. However, those 500,000 subordinate voting shares were held directly by the Reporting Person. This Amendment is being filed solely to correct that clerical error and to report the beneficial ownership of the Reporting Person as of June 30, 2025.
Rows 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 include: (i) 34,792,916 shares of the Issuer's subordinate voting shares ("Subordinate Voting Shares") held directly by Mr. Strickler, (ii) 2,433,333 Subordinate Voting Shares underlying stock options that are currently exercisable within 60 days of June 30, 2025 held directly by Mr. Strickler, and (iii) 700,000 Subordinate Voting Shares underlying stock options that are currently exercisable within 60 days of June 30, 2025 held by the spouse of Mr. Strickler.
Row 11 is calculated based on (i) 249,502,938 Subordinate Voting Shares of the Issuer outstanding as of June 30, 2025, together with the Subordinate Voting Shares underlying stock options held directly by Mr. Strickler and held by the spouse of Mr. Strickler, that are currently exercisable within 60 days of June 30, 2025.
