Part IV-Item 3 Explanation

 

Revenue increased from $0.1m (from our prior fiscal year) to an estimated $10m in our current fiscal year. Further, net loss increased from $0.2m (from our prior year) to an estimated $4.8m in our current fiscal year. Both the increased revenue and net loss were due to the sale of the Nutcracker film during our current fiscal year along with the corresponding film cost amortization and general and administrative expenses that were recognized as part of the sale of the film.
