On September 11, 2026, Edward M. Weil, Jr. notified National Healthcare Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) of his decision to resign from the board of directors of the Company, effective as of September 11, 2026. Mr. Weil's decision was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
