First Northern Bank acquires Beacon Wealth Strategies
First Northern Bank announced the acquisition of Beacon Wealth Strategies, an independent financial advisory firm owned by Tom Cicchini. The transaction adds assets under management to First Northern Bank's wealth management platform through its First Northern Advisors division.
Cicchini will join First Northern Advisors and work with clients and staff until his planned retirement on June 30, 2026. During the transition period, Beacon Wealth Strategies clients will be supported by First Northern Advisors' financial advisory team.
"Beacon Wealth Strategies has built a reputation for providing thoughtful, personalized guidance to its clients," said Jeremiah Smith, President and CEO of First Northern Bank. "We are excited to welcome their clients to First Northern Advisors and look forward to continuing this legacy of trust and exceptional service."
Beacon Wealth Strategies clients will continue to have their accounts managed through Raymond James, maintaining existing investment platform arrangements. The acquisition is part of First Northern Bank's expansion of wealth management services.
First Northern Bank operates as an independent community bank headquartered in Solano County, serving multiple counties in Northern California through 14 branch locations. The bank offers commercial lending, real estate financing, and investment services.
