FIS Bright Portfolios ETF postpones shareholder vote, PRAY fund approved
FIS Bright Portfolios Focused Equity ETF (NYSE: BRIF) adjourned its special shareholder meeting to January 21, 2026, to allow additional time for shareholders to vote on a proposed reorganization into FIS Trust, according to a company statement.
The meeting was originally held December 29, 2025, but did not receive sufficient shareholder participation to proceed with the vote. The record date of November 20, 2025, for shareholders entitled to vote remains unchanged for the adjourned meeting scheduled for 9 a.m. Mountain Standard Time.
Shareholders of FIS Christian Stock Fund (NYSE: PRAY) approved their fund's reorganization into FIS Trust during a separate special meeting held the same day. The PRAY reorganization is expected to close on December 31, 2025.
Both reorganizations require approval from the respective funds' boards of trustees and are part of a broader restructuring plan. BRIF shareholders who have not yet voted can submit their votes through methods described in the fund's proxy materials available at www.proxydocs.com/NEOSETF.
Shareholders who wish to participate in the adjourned BRIF meeting must contact the fund's proxy solicitor, Mediant, at 888-332-9934 by 9 a.m. Mountain Standard Time on January 21, 2026. Those holding shares through intermediaries such as broker-dealers will need to obtain a legal proxy to vote at the meeting.
Faith Investor Services LLC, based in Dallas, Texas, serves as investment adviser to both funds and manages approximately $232.4 million in assets as of July 31, 2025.
