FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. (NASDAQ: FFR) and Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced the launch of two humanoid robots and signed definitive agreements for FFR to acquire FFAI's robotics assets in an all-stock transaction, according to a company press release dated October 15, 2026.

The FF Nova, an entry-level embodied AI humanoid robot, is priced at $2,490, with a Developer Skills Package available for $390. The robot features 20 degrees of freedom, LiDAR, depth sensing, a circular microphone array, and supports a ROS 2 development workflow. The initial Phase One release is limited to 100 units, with the first 20 available for immediate delivery.

The FF Nova Mini, aimed at children and teenagers ages eight and older, is priced at $299, with an accompanying curriculum at $499. The device weighs less than one kilogram and features an aluminum-alloy frame. The companies describe it as a bipedal humanoid robot designed for K–12 classrooms, after-school programs, and home use.

FFR and FFAI signed definitive agreements on October 12, 2026, valuing FFAI's robotics business at approximately $200 million and FFR at approximately $60 million on a fully diluted basis. FFR will issue shares to FFAI at $2.246 per share, representing a roughly 50% premium to FFR's October 12 closing price of $1.50. Upon closing, FFAI will hold approximately 65.7% of FFR, with all newly issued shares subject to an 18-month lockup.

FFR has secured up to $10 million in a first-round PIPE financing, priced at market with no discount or warrants. The transaction remains subject to conditions including completion of FFAI's internal restructuring, execution of key employee agreements, and stockholder approval under Nasdaq listing rules.

The companies also launched the Physical AI Reinforcement Learning Developer Program, built on the Nvidia Isaac platform, along with limited invitation-only recruitment for a developer community. Products are available through FF.com, FF Mall, and an official Amazon store.

FFR CEO Jerry Wang said the launches "mark an important step for FFR in bringing Physical AI from the laboratory to real-world applications accessible to developers, educational institutions, schools, and families."
