Exascale Labs reports $300M pipeline with new MOUs and deals
Exascale Labs Inc., an AI compute infrastructure company in the process of completing a business combination with D. Boral ARC Acquisition I Corp. (Nasdaq: BCAR), announced a series of agreements and non-binding memoranda of understanding it says represent progress toward a $300 million customer opportunity pipeline.
The company signed a non-binding MOU with RUTILEA, described as an AI services company, for the potential development and commercialization of up to 20 megawatts of data center capacity. The parties intend to negotiate a definitive agreement, though no assurance has been given that such an agreement will be finalized.
Exascale also announced a previously disclosed $71.4 million, three-year compute services agreement with Dimension AI, which is intended to secure dedicated GPU compute capacity under its GPU-as-a-Service business line.
A separate non-binding MOU valued at $53 million with AI Nova contemplates initial orders for GPU servers and related technical services. As with the RUTILEA agreement, no definitive agreement has been executed and there is no assurance one will be.
The company also participated in COMPUTEX Taipei 2026 alongside partner Compal Electronics, where it displayed its modular data center, high-voltage direct current, and solid-state transformer offerings.
"These agreements and non-binding MOUs represent tangible progress in advancing our estimated $300 million customer opportunity pipeline into both near-term and multi-year recurring revenue," said Hoansoo Lee, Chief Executive Officer of Exascale.
Exascale operates a GPU compute platform sourcing capacity from third-party data centers and provides AI infrastructure solutions including modular data centers and high-density cooling systems. The company is completing a business combination with BCAR, pursuant to a business combination agreement entered into on January 11, 2026. The information above is based on a press release issued by Exascale Labs.
