Enovix CEO Raj Talluri resigns; CFO named interim chief

Enovix Corporation (NASDAQ: ENVX) announced that Dr. Raj Talluri resigned as President, Chief Executive Officer, and board member on August 13, 2026, to pursue another opportunity. The company stated his departure was not the result of any disagreement over operations, policies, or practices.
The board appointed Thurman J. "T.J." Rodgers as Executive Chairman, effective August 14, 2026. Rodgers had previously served as non-executive Chairman since April 2023.
Ryan Benton, the company's Chief Financial Officer, was named Interim Chief Executive Officer on August 14, 2026, while the board conducts a search for a permanent replacement. Benton, 55, will retain his CFO responsibilities during the interim period.
Benton joined Enovix in April 2025 and oversees the company's global finance organization. He previously served as CFO of Silvaco Group (NASDAQ: SVCO), where he led the company through its 2024 initial public offering. Before that, he served as CFO and board member of Tempo Automation (NASDAQ: TMPO) from July 2020 to August 2023, and as CFO of Revasum from September 2018 to July 2020. He also held CFO and CEO roles at Exar Corporation until its sale to MaxLinear in May 2017.
