Embraer changes ticker to EMBJ3 in Brazil and EMBJ on NYSE

Embraer S.A. announced that its ticker symbols will change effective November 3, 2025. The Brazilian aerospace company's ordinary shares will trade under the new symbol EMBJ3 on B3 S.A. – Brasil, Bolsa, Balcão, replacing the current EMBR3 ticker.

The company's American Depositary Shares and bonds listed on the New York Stock Exchange will trade under the new symbol EMBJ, replacing the current ERJ ticker. The CUSIP numbers for securities issued in the United States will remain unchanged.

The ticker symbol changes will affect both the company's shares on the Brazilian stock exchange and its American Depositary Receipts on the NYSE. The announcement was made to inform shareholders and the market of the upcoming changes to the trading symbols.
