Electra AI and Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp. (Nasdaq: IRHO) announced a partnership with Indian electric vehicle manufacturer Omega Seiki Mobility (OSM) to integrate battery health monitoring technology across OSM's EV fleet, according to a press release.

Under the agreement, Electra AI's platform is intended to provide OSM with real-time battery monitoring, predictive analytics, and State of Health (SoH) and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) estimations. The companies said the integration is designed to support fleet uptime, warranty management, financing decisions, and product development.

OSM Founder and Chairman Dr. Uday Narang said battery health is "the single biggest determinant of an EV's residual value," and that greater transparency would help improve resale values and broaden access to financing for used electric vehicles in India.

Electra AI CEO Fabrizio Martini said the platform is "designed to give them the real-world intelligence" to support vehicle design, customer assurance, and fleet operations.

Electra AI has a pending business combination agreement with Iron Horse Acquisition II Corp., a special purpose acquisition company that raised approximately $230 million in its December 2025 initial public offering. The combined company is expected to list on Nasdaq in the second half of 2026 under the ticker AIBR.

OSM is part of the Anglian Omega Group and produces electric cargo carriers, passenger EVs, and autonomous mobility vehicles for the Indian market.
