Eightco Holdings reports $436M in total treasury holdings

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed total holdings of approximately $436 million as of June 24, 2026, according to a company statement.

The treasury includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million equity stake in Beast Industries, a $1 million investment in Mythical Games, 283,452,700 Worldcoin (WLD) tokens valued at $0.54 per token, 16,278 Ethereum (ETH), and approximately $149 million in cash and stablecoins.

Eightco said its WLD position represents approximately 8.2% of the token's circulating supply. The Worldcoin token became available to trade on Robinhood's crypto platform on June 23, which serves 28 million customers.

OpenAI recently submitted a confidential S-1 filing, a step toward a potential initial public offering. The company also announced a new AI processor called Jalapeño, developed in partnership with Broadcom, on June 24.

Forbes ranked MrBeast as the top creator on its 2026 Top Creators List on June 23, citing Beast Industries' reported $5 billion valuation and expansion into new markets.

Board member Thomas Lee commented on the WLD listing: "The expected expanded liquidity of WLD improves the utility of WLD token itself in our view." Lee also said he believes "the strong performance of the SpaceX IPO bodes well for the highly anticipated OpenAI IPO."

OpenAI's ChatGPT crossed 900 million weekly active users in February 2026, according to the company statement, which cited UBS data via Reuters.
