Edible Garden AG Incorporated (NASDAQ: EDBL, EDBLW) reported financial results for 2025 and announced plans to expand into ready-to-drink beverages and shelf-stable consumer packaged goods, according to a company press release.

For the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue increased to $4.1 million from $3.9 million in the prior year period. Cut herbs unit sales grew 22.9% year-over-year, driven by existing account growth and the onboarding of Kroger. Vitamin and supplement product unit sales increased 47.7%, including 100% growth in international markets.

For the full year 2025, revenue decreased to $12.8 million from $13.9 million in 2024. The company reported a net loss of $17.3 million for 2025, compared to $11.1 million in 2024. Core business revenue increased by $1.1 million year-over-year, while international vitamin and supplement revenue grew 78.6%.

The company expanded its retail footprint to nearly 6,000 store locations, adding over 700 retail locations during the fourth quarter through customer onboarding initiatives.

Edible Garden announced plans to develop ready-to-drink manufacturing capabilities at its Midwest facility, targeting what the company described as a global RTD market valued at $842.5 billion in 2025. The company selected Tetra Pak to plan and install processing capabilities after reaching a definitive agreement.

"We are bringing our Farm-to-Formula approach, our sustainable manufacturing infrastructure, and our established relationships with the nation's leading retailers to a fast-growing category where consumer demand for clean-label, shelf-stable nutrition is outpacing supply," said CEO Jim Kras.

Cost of goods sold increased to $13.0 million in 2025 from $11.5 million in 2024. Selling, general and administrative expenses rose to $15.6 million from $11.6 million, primarily due to investments in personnel and infrastructure.
