Ducommun wins $35M+ contract for PAC-3 missile electronics

Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE: DCO) has received a follow-on contract from Simmonds Precision Products, Inc. to supply electronic assemblies for Lockheed Martin's (NYSE: LMT) PAC-3 family of missiles, according to a press release issued Sept. 15, 2026.
The award is valued at more than $35 million and expands Ducommun's existing work on the PAC-3 missile program. Production of the electronic assemblies will take place at the company's facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Simmonds Precision Products, headquartered in Vergennes, Vermont, designs and manufactures fuel and proximity sensing and structural health monitoring solutions for the aerospace and defense markets.
Stephen G. Oswald, chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Ducommun, commented on the award: "We are honored to support our Allies and the warfighter and this follow-on award further supports the growth of our defense business as we execute our VISION 2027 Strategy."
Ducommun, founded in 1849 and based in Costa Mesa, California, provides manufacturing solutions to customers in the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
