Dream Industrial REIT names Gord Wadley as chief operating officer
Dream Industrial REIT (TSX: DIR.UN) announced the appointment of Gord Wadley as chief operating officer, effective January 1, 2026. Wadley will oversee portfolio operations including property management and leasing.
Wadley currently serves as chief operating officer of Dream Office REIT (TSX: D.UN). He joined Dream Office in 2011 and held positions including vice president of leasing and senior vice president of commercial properties. Before joining Dream Office, he worked in commercial brokerage at CB Richard Ellis.
Wadley holds a degree from Acadia University and earned an MBA in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton, New Brunswick.

Michael Cooper, chairman and chief executive officer of Dream Office REIT, said the company expressed gratitude for Wadley's fifteen years of service. "Gord played an instrumental role in shaping our strategy, strengthening our operations, and building trusted relationships," Cooper said.
Dream Industrial REIT operates a portfolio of 340 industrial assets comprising 552 buildings with approximately 73.2 million square feet of gross leasable area across Canada, Europe, and the United States as of September 30, 2025.
