Douglas Dynamics appoints two directors, board member retires

Douglas Dynamics Inc. (NYSE: PLOW) appointed Jennifer I. Ansberry and Bradley M. Nelson as independent directors, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Margaret Dano, who served on the board since 2012, will retire November 1, 2025.
The changes expand Douglas Dynamics' board from seven to eight members, with six independent directors. Both new directors will join the Audit, Compensation, and Nominating & Governance Committees. Kenneth W. Krueger will become Chair of the Nomination & Corporate Governance committee, replacing Dano.
Ansberry serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Lincoln Electric (NASDAQ: LECO). She joined Lincoln Electric in 2004 and was elected to her current role in 2017. She previously worked as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, overseeing legal functions in mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
Before Lincoln Electric, Ansberry worked as an associate at law firms Thompson Hine LLP and Keating, Muething & Klekamp LLP. She holds a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Nelson has served as Chief Executive Officer and board member of MasterCraft Boat Company (NASDAQ: MCFT) since March 2024. He previously held the position of Executive Vice President and President, Commercial Segment at Oshkosh Corporation from 2021 to 2024. During his 12-year tenure at Oshkosh Corporation, Nelson held various leadership roles including Senior Vice President and President, Commercial Business Segment.
Earlier in his career, Nelson held leadership positions at Eaton Corporation and served as a technology executive at companies including Iomega Corporation and US West Dex. He earned an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
Douglas Dynamics manufactures work truck attachments and equipment in North America.
