Digital Asset Technologies adds Brian Rose to advisory board
Digital Asset Technologies Inc. (CSE: DATT) (OTCPK: DGTEF) (FSE: 988) announced that Brian Rose has joined its advisory board, according to a company statement.
Rose founded London Real in 2011, a digital media platform that features interviews with business and technology figures. He studied mechanical engineering at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and worked in investment banking in New York City and London before transitioning to media.
Rose created the Crypto & DeFi Academy, which provides education on cryptocurrency and decentralized finance topics including Bitcoin, altcoins, NFTs and yield farming. At Digital Asset Technologies and its portfolio company LiquidLink, Rose will provide strategic guidance on market trends and community engagement related to real-world asset tokenization.
"Brian's ability to simplify complex topics and his track record of building and engaging large communities make him an exceptional addition to our advisory board," said Marcus Ingram, CEO of Digital Asset Technologies.
Rose joins existing advisors Mario Nawfal and Alexander Kravets on the company's advisory board.
The company also granted stock options to purchase up to 350,000 common shares to certain consultants. The options are exercisable for five years at $0.25 per share and will vest over 12 months. The options are subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian Securities Exchange policies.
Digital Asset Technologies is a publicly traded investment issuer focused on technology companies. Through its portfolio company Liquidlink AI Corp., the company operates in blockchain technology with focus on real-world asset tokenization and decentralized infrastructure.
