August 25, 2025 4:32 PM EDT

Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) announced its board of directors approved an eight-for-one forward stock split to be distributed as bonus shares. Shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2025 will receive seven bonus ordinary shares for every one ordinary share held on the record date.

The company expects to distribute the bonus shares on September 8, 2025. The stock split aims to enhance liquidity in the market for the company's ordinary shares and make them more accessible to investors, according to the press release.

Following the distribution, Diginex's issued and outstanding shares will increase at the ratio of the share bonus while the company's authorized share capital and share par value will remain unchanged. The ordinary shares CUSIP number and trading symbol will not change.

No action is required by shareholders. Those holding shares through brokerage accounts will have their shares automatically adjusted to reflect the additional share award. Registered shareholders will receive additional shares through the company's transfer agent.

Diginex, headquartered in London, operates as a sustainable regulatory technology business that provides ESG, climate, and supply chain data collection and reporting services to businesses and governments.
