DiagnaMed Holdings plans name change to GeoHydrogen Corp.

July 28, 2026 8:17 AM EDT

DiagnaMed Holdings Corp. (CSE: DMED, OTCQB: DGNMF) has announced its intention to change its corporate name to GeoHydrogen Corp., subject to acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange and applicable corporate approvals, according to a company statement.

The company said its common shares are expected to trade on the CSE under the ticker symbol "GEOH" following the change. The U.S. OTCQB symbol will be updated at a later date. The name change will not affect the number of shares outstanding, and existing share certificates will remain valid.

DiagnaMed said the proposed name reflects its focus on natural hydrogen exploration, having assembled a portfolio of two Canadian projects. The Temiskaming Natural Hydrogen Project in Ontario has identified an approximately 11-kilometre corridor with hydrogen concentrations exceeding 2,000 parts per million. The Colchester East Natural Hydrogen Project in Nova Scotia comprises 30 exploration licences totalling 2,104 mineral claims in the Cumberland Basin.

The company reaffirmed its technical advisory partnership with Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC, OTCQB: QIMCF, FSE: 7FJ), which will continue to guide exploration across both projects. QIMC uses its proprietary R2G2 exploration framework, integrating structural geology, soil gas geochemistry, and geophysics to identify naturally occurring hydrogen systems.

"Our transformation into a focused natural clean hydrogen developer deserves a name that reflects exactly who we are," said John Karagiannidis, Chief Executive Officer. "We believe GeoHydrogen captures both the science and the promise of our work."

The company said it expects exploration results during the current field season, including infill soil gas data from the Temiskaming corridor and the first geochemical dataset from the Colchester East project.
