DevvStream signs nuclear power collaboration agreement with three firms

December 30, 2025 12:45 PM EST

DevvStream Corp. (NASDAQ: DEVS) announced a non-binding memorandum of understanding with IP3 Corporation, Southern Energy Renewables Inc., and XCF Global Inc. (NASDAQ: SAFX) to evaluate small modular reactor nuclear power development and sustainable aviation fuel production.

The agreement outlines a framework to assess deployment of nuclear electricity from small modular reactors to support clean fuel production and energy-intensive applications including AI data centers. The parties plan to explore nuclear power solutions for existing and future operating assets, including a potential nuclear power application for a proposed sustainable aviation fuel refinery in Louisiana.

The collaboration aims to advance nuclear power to enable continuous electrolysis, hydrogen production, and downstream fuel synthesis. The parties also intend to evaluate environmental attribute structures associated with electro-sustainable aviation fuel and related low-carbon fuel pathways.

The memorandum contemplates future development of digital infrastructure to enhance transparency and auditability, including tokenization of environmental assets and digital measurement, reporting, and verification systems.

"Together, we are exploring real-world asset and tokenized environmental-asset frameworks with the potential to unlock additional value, improve liquidity, and help lower the delivered cost of clean energy and fuels," said Sunny Trinh, Chief Executive Officer of DevvStream.

Any specific collaboration arrangements, investments, or project development activities remain subject to due diligence, negotiation and execution of definitive agreements, internal corporate approvals, and required regulatory or permitting approvals.

DevvStream is a carbon management company focused on environmental assets including carbon credits and renewable energy certificates. XCF Global operates a sustainable aviation fuel facility in Nevada with 38 million gallons per year permitted capacity.
