Deloitte announced the launch of an AI Studio on its London campus, developed in collaboration with Google Cloud (NASDAQ: GOOGL), aimed at helping UK businesses deploy agentic AI systems. The studio is set to open in late July.
The facility will function as a co-innovation hub where Deloitte leaders and clients can build and deploy production-ready agentic AI solutions. Target sectors include the public sector, financial services, retail, consumer products, healthcare and life sciences, and Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
Alongside the studio launch, Deloitte announced a program to train 1,000 members of its UK AI and data workforce on Google Cloud's Gemini Enterprise. The certification initiative is intended to equip Deloitte's AI and data engineers with skills in Google's agentic architecture.
The studio will host innovation labs allowing clients to prototype and validate agentic solutions in as little as four weeks, according to the company.
Hayley McKelvey, Chief AI Officer for Deloitte UK, said: "Our clients are looking for more than just productivity gains—they want AI that can take action and drive real-world business outcomes."
Matt Lacey, Global Chief Commercial Officer for Alphabet Google at Deloitte, noted the London studio complements existing Experience Centres in Egypt and India.
The announcements were made at the Google Cloud London Summit, according to a press release statement from the companies.
