DeFi Technologies shareholders elect directors, approve share consolidation
DeFi Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: DEFT) (CBOE CA: DEFI) held its 2026 annual and special meeting of shareholders on June 29, 2026, with 123,237,762 common shares voted, representing approximately 31.77% of issued and outstanding shares.
Shareholders elected six directors. Jonathan Dimitry received the highest share of votes in favor at 95.005%, followed by Chase Ergen at 94.852%, Per Von Rosen at 93.767%, Mikael Tandetnik at 88.802%, Silvia Andriotto at 87.301%, and Johan Wattenstrom at 75.602%.
Shareholders voted 92.276% in favor of appointing the company's auditors, with 4.967% withholding their vote.
Shareholders also approved a share consolidation, with 73.271% in favor and 26.729% against. An amendment to By-Law No. 1 was approved with 90.420% in favor and 9.580% against. The Advance Notice By-Law No. 2 was approved with 64.279% in favor and 35.721% against.
