DeFi Technologies extends proxy voting deadline to June 28

DeFi Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: DEFT) has extended the proxy voting deadline for its upcoming annual general and special meeting of shareholders to June 28, 2026 at 5:00 PM ET.

The meeting is scheduled to be held virtually on June 29, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET. The company stated the deadline was extended to allow shareholders more time to vote and to ensure a quorum is present at the meeting.

Shareholders are directed to the company's Management Information Circular dated May 20, 2026 for instructions on how to vote as registered or beneficial holders of shares.
